Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Crystals & Natural Variation: All our crystals are natural products — variations in colour, size, shape, and pattern are part of their unique beauty and are not considered defects. Natural variation is not grounds for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at theshinypebble@outlook.com. 

Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if anything is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. For EU customers, a 14-day cooling off period applies.
